Role Overview:

Requirements:

Advanced SQL and experience with a dashboarding tool (Tableau/Looker).

Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, CRM strategy, and customer engagement.

Experience in loyalty analytics in e-commerce, retail, or telco environments.

Analytical skills to interpret data and strategic mindset to design propositions.

Confident working cross-functionally and internationally, with excellent stakeholder management.
Desirable:

Python for statistical analysis.

Experience designing and running A/B tests.
