This is an opportunity to step into a central role within a growing technology function, joining a business investing heavily in its platform, tooling and internal systems. You will play a key part in scaling their operational capabilities, acting as the technical bridge between junior support and senior engineering, and shaping how their core platforms evolve.
ROLES AND RESPNSIBILITIES:
The Platform Administrator will:
* Act as the technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line issues across identity, access, devices and core SaaS platforms
* Support user lifecycle management, permissions and administration across Entra ID, Google Workspace and internal systems
* Manage and maintain office and platform infrastructure including virtual machines, networks, hypervisors and monitoring
* Contribute to automation and internal tooling development using scripting or workflow tools
* Assist with infrastructure and platform projects, including visualising office infrastructure and improving performance monitoring
* Mentor junior team members and improve team processes, documentation and standards
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong capability across 1st and 2nd line support in a business environment
* Hands‑on experience managing IT equipment, users and access management
* Practical exposure to infrastructure, networking, firewalls or switches
* Experience supporting macOS and Windows devices, ideally via Intune or similar MDM
