A fast-scaling, app-first food and lifestyle brand is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and grow their digital acquisition strategy across paid social and beyond. Recently shifting from content-led to product-led, this company is now driving serious growth through their app and subscription offering.
What you'll do:
Own campaign execution across Meta and TikTok (and beyond)
Analyse KPIs (CPA, CTR, LTV) and lead continuous experimentation
Collaborate with growth, product, creative and data teams to drive results
Use a data-first, commercial mindset to link performance with business outcomes
Report into a high-calibre Head of Growth (ex-ClassPass, Essence) with strong SLT access
You'll need:
5+ years in performance marketing within fast-paced, product-led environments
Hands-on experience with Meta + TikTok Ads
Strong skills in Excel and ideally SQL / BigQuery
Experience in subscription, app-based, or high-growth businesses
Proactive mindset and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
