You'll join a high-performing growth team and play a central role in scaling the brand globally. What you'll be doing:
Leading performance strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other key paid channels
Scaling paid acquisition globally, with a focus on CPA efficiency and LTV
Running continuous experimentation across creative, targeting and bidding
Managing campaign optimisation across both web and app (Google App Network, Apple Ads, Paid Search)
Working cross-functionally with data, product, finance and creative teams
Briefing creative teams based on performance insights
Owning reporting, forecasting and channel performance reviews
What they're looking for:
5+ years' experience in paid acquisition, ideally in-house
Proven track record scaling subscription or consumer app products
Deep knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and other growth channels
Hands-on experience running and optimising web + app campaigns
Analytical mindset with strong data skills (Google Sheets, SQL, etc.)
Comfortable working at pace and contributing to strategy and planning

THE COMPANY:
Over the past few years, this telecoms company has expanded. With a rich data set, they have lots of data to work with and are keen to bring in a Senior Data Platform Engineer to help with enabling real time data processing.
THE ROLE:
A remote working Senior Data Platform Engineer will need to:
- Scale real-time data processing for analytics and automation
- Enhance experimentation frameworks
- Optimise the Martech data ecosystem
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Senior Data Platform Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Ability and experience interacting with key stakeholder
- Java experience for microservicing
- Streaming experience e.g. Kafka, Kinesis, Flink
- Cloud experience – AWS, Azure, GCP
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £75,000-80,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.

Join a leading insurance provider dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. As they grow, they are seeking a talented Renewals Pricing Analyst to join the dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing the pricing strategies.
THE ROLE
As a Renewals Pricing Analyst, you will:
- Develop and refine pricing models to maximize retention and profitability for renewals.
- Analyze historical performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with actuarial, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance pricing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key pricing metrics, identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our pricing remains market-aligned.
REQUIREMENTS
- A strong background in data analysis, pricing, or actuarial work, preferably within insurance or a related sector.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar.
- An understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
