Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days/week in-office)

As they continue to scale their UK presence, they're looking for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist to help drive smarter, insight-led decisions for a diverse client portfolio.

The Role

This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that blends digital analytics with marketing strategy. You'll act as the analytics lead for key clients-translating complex datasets into actionable insights and advising on marketing performance, data maturity, and advanced measurement solutions.

You'll be hands-on with tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and GCP, while also contributing to strategic consultancy work across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse multi-channel marketing performance (web, social, video)

  • Build dashboards and data models using GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio

  • Guide clients on marketing data maturity and analytics strategy

  • Present clear, compelling insights to stakeholders

  • Support AI/ML-based measurement initiatives

  • Collaborate with martech, data engineering, and consulting teams across EMEA

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years' experience in digital analytics, marketing data, or martech

  • Proficient in GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, GTM, and GCP

  • Strong stakeholder and client communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex data into strategic recommendations

  • Passion for marketing intelligence and digital transformation

Bonus Points For

  • Consultancy or client-facing experience

  • Familiarity with media measurement, MMM, or predictive analytics

  • Experience with martech integrations in a cloud environment
