SENIOR MARKETING ANALYTICS MANGER

LONDON

£90,000

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a highly influential Senior Marketing Analytics Manager role with substantial ownership. You will lead the measurement strategy for a large, complex UK marketing budget, working hands-on across MMM, incrementality, attribution and advanced performance analysis. This role offers genuine autonomy to shape how marketing investment is evaluated and optimised.

The Company
We are a well-established organisation focused on strengthening their marketing effectiveness capability. Operating in a fast-paced and competitive market, we are investing in deeper analytics to better understand channel performance and improve return on spend. They already partner with an MMM agency and are now building internal expertise to drive stronger ownership, faster decision making and an elevated test and learn culture.

The Role

You will lead MMM, attribution and incrementality, using SQL and Python (a plus) to deliver clear, commercial insights and shape optimisation decisions. Ideal for someone who wants real ownership, strong visibility and impact across marketing effectiveness.

  • Own the marketing analytics agenda for the UK, our largest and most strategically important market.
    * Lead hands-on measurement across MMM, attribution and incrementality.
    * Evaluate the impact of a significant marketing budget and guide optimisation decisions.
    * Use SQL to extract, validate and analyse large datasets across multiple channels.
    * Build, run and interpret incrementality tests, with Python as an advantage for experimentation and modelling.
    * Deliver clear commercial insights to senior stakeholders, shaping planning, investment and strategy.

Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics with a focus on effectiveness and measurement.
* Hands-on experience with MMM, attribution and incrementality testing.
* Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and performance analysis.
* Python experience is a plus, particularly for running experiments or building measurement tools.
* Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and take ownership of complex workstreams.
* Confident communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

What We Offer
* Salary up to £90,000 plus benefits.
* A role with significant ownership and influence over measurement in their biggest market.
* Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision making.
* A supportive environment that values analytical development and innovation.
