THE COMPANY
The business is a leading vehicle insurance company with over 1+ million customers and are looking to hire a Commercial Data Analytics Developer to join their newly formed Marketing and Analytics team.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing, developing and optimising marketing data models
- Creation and maintenance of marketing campaign reports
- Analysing quality of data through marketing activities
- Segmenting customer data to improve customer experience
- Solving complex marketing questions
- Collaborating with external marketing agencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong technical experience in SQL and Data Visualisation (Python nice to have)
- Proven background in marketing analytics (ROI, cost per acquisition, bounce rates, clicks etc.)
- Digital Marketing experience is key (PPC, Organic Search, Social, Segmentation, Incrementality etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team focused on building production-grade ML models aligned with business goals.
- Drive the discovery, prioritization, and ROI evaluation of new data science initiatives.
- Architect and oversee the full ML lifecycle-development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to ensure scalable and reliable pipelines using Snowflake, DataRobot, and real-time APIs.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 10+ years in data science or machine learning, with 2+ years in a formal leadership or player-coach role.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Proven experience deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments (batch and real-time).
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business leaders.
- Familiarity with model deployment platforms like DataRobot, Sagemaker, or similar.
- Experience with Snowflake-native ML or integrated MLOps workflows.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen-able to influence at the executive level.
Nice to Have:

They’re now hiring a Director of Applied AI to lead strategy and delivery across intelligent agents, GenAI search assistants, document AI, and productivity tools. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on AI leader to shape and scale a newly built function with real-world business impact.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the VP of Data & AI, you’ll own the roadmap, vendor strategy, and technical execution for applied AI across the enterprise. You’ll manage a small but growing team and be responsible for building the playbook for responsible, scalable AI implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Applied AI strategy across sales, customer support, employee productivity, and analytics.
- Deliver solutions including:
- GenAI-powered digital and voice agents
- RAG + LLM-based internal knowledge assistants
- OCR and intelligent document processing
- AI-powered insights and summarization
- Evaluate and integrate AI vendor solutions, prioritizing “buy over build.”

- 6-10+ years in Data Science / ML / Applied AI, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, GenAI APIs, LLM frameworks, and vector databases.
- Proven delivery of production-grade digital or voice AI agents.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM deployment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, voice AI for telephony platforms, and enterprise SaaS procurement.
- Strong business judgment and stakeholder communication skills.
- Prior experience working in regulated or high-volume environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, B2C platforms).

THE ROLE
- End-to-end development of a range of scorecard models, across the full lifecycle
- Using Open Banking data to enhance lending and drive business decisions
- Working on wider scorecard monitoring and implementation to improve lending decisions
- Wider work on portfolio analysis and using models to enhance risk performance and lending strategy
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years’ experience in consumer lending is essential
- Prior experience in developing scorecard models is essential
- Experience using SAS, SQL or Python – Python would be the preference here
- Experience working with Open Banking data is highly desirable
