COMMERCIAL MANAGER
UP TO £60,000 + BONUS

THE COMPANY
This UK-based digital lender specialises in simplifying credit access through mobile-first credit cards.
THE ROLE
The client is looking for a commercially-minded lifecycle and growth lead to own and deliver a strategic roadmap across multiple payment products, including Buy Now Pay Later and instalment plans. In this end-to-end role, you’ll design and execute lifecycle campaigns, using customer data and performance insights to shape strategy and drive decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with analytics and tech teams to optimise pricing and profitability, identify commercial opportunities across customer touchpoints, and act as the commercial lead on cross-functional projects. A strong test-and-learn mindset is essential, as you’ll embed experimentation across all lifecycle initiatives to continuously improve outcomes.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and optimisation strategies
- Someone analytical and numbers-driven – confident interrogating data and recommending improvements
- Experience working on installment plans or balance transfers
- Must be capable of influencing and potentially growing into a leadership role
- Able to work closely with product and tech teams, and drive forward multi-functional projects
- Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering both customer and business value
- Excellent communicator – confident presenting back to senior stakeholders
