Location: London (hybrid - ideally 1-3 days onsite)

Overview

A fast-growing healthcare ecommerce business is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support a high-volume, transactional product. This is a hands-on contract role focused primarily on email-led acquisition, supporting lead capture, nurture journeys and conversion across the funnel.

The role has come about due to increased demand on the lifecycle and growth teams and the need for immediate, experienced support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute email-led acquisition campaigns for a high-volume ecommerce product

  • Build, optimise and deliver lead capture flows, nurture journeys and conversion-focused email sequences

  • Work closely with growth, performance and product teams to support acquisition goals

  • Deliver BAU lifecycle activity while continuously improving performance against acquisition targets

  • Use data and insight to optimise journeys and contribute to wider growth loops

  • Support testing and iteration across email campaigns and journeys

What Success Looks Like

  • Email campaigns, sequences and journeys delivered consistently and effectively

  • Clear contribution to acquisition and conversion targets through lifecycle activity

  • Strong collaboration with growth and performance marketing teams

  • Email operating as a true owned growth channel, integrated with wider acquisition efforts

Skills & Experience Required

Must-haves:

  • Strong experience in email marketing and lifecycle-led acquisition

  • Experience working on high-volume ecommerce or transactional products

  • Proven understanding of email as an owned channel within broader growth loops

Nice to have:

  • HTML for email

  • Experience with Customer.io or similar lifecycle platforms

Team & Stakeholders

  • Collaboration with 2-3 Growth Managers (organic, paid, performance)

  • Close working relationship with a Product Manager

  • Partnering with a Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on retention

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid working preferred (1-3 days onsite)

  • Immediate availability strongly preferred
