THE ROLE
As Digital Product Lead, you’ll own the strategy, performance, and roadmap of a newly centralised web platform (Drupal CMS), serving as the digital heartbeat of a multi-brand global business.
This isn’t just about keeping the lights on-this is your product. You’ll connect content, CRM, CRO, SEO, and AI innovation into one high-performing, scalable digital ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Drive the product roadmap for a global digital platform (Drupal)

Lead performance-focused UX, SEO, and CRO initiatives

Connect CRM campaigns, enrolment journeys, and retention efforts into one seamless experience

Experiment with and scale AI-powered tools across web and marketing ops

Own uptime, security, scalability, and GDPR compliance

Manage agency relationships and ensure ROI-driven output

Work closely with data, performance, and content teams to continually optimise
YOUR EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in digital product leadership (web/product/CRM/CRO/SEO)

Can lead cross-functional teams without needing to be hands-on

Commercial mindset-focused on performance, not just delivery

You think like a product owner and act like a performance marketer

Passionate about AI innovation (no need to be a technical expert)
