CRM Manager contract for a financial services client to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies: Create and execute CRM strategies that establish touchpoints throughout the customer journey.

  2. Oversee and optimize current CRM platforms: Manage and enhance existing CRM systems to maximize their effectiveness.

  3. Utilize customer data: Conduct in-depth analysis, segmentation, and profiling of customer data to inform strategic decisions.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to plan, execute, and measure targeted CRM campaigns.

  5. Monitor and analyze performance: Continuously assess campaign performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed.

  6. Align CRM strategies with business objectives: Collaborate with various teams to ensure CRM initiatives are in line with broader company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven CRM management experience: Demonstrated track record in CRM management, preferably in a financial services environment.

  • CRM platform expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (experience with Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, and Mailchimp is highly preferred).

  • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.

  • Effective communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey strategies and results effectively.

  • Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and deliver results through data-driven CRM initiatives.

  • Collaborative and organized: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and effective project management abilities.
