- Building and launching production features

The Role
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing campaigns and continuous optimisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across international markets
- Taking ownership of campaign performance, profitability, and ROI
- Running A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, and marketing funnels
- Analysing campaign and business performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Using dashboards and reporting tools to generate insights and recommendations
- Working closely with Business Development, Data, Design, and Technology teams
- Developing market-specific strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identifying new funnel opportunities, traffic sources, and growth initiatives
- Monitoring customer journeys and collaborating with design teams to improve conversion performance
- Testing innovative approaches to stay ahead of competitors and market trends
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience within the mVAS, carrier billing, mobile subscriptions, telecom value-added services, or a closely related industry
- Proven ability to optimise campaigns based on performance and profitability metrics
- Experience managing marketing funnels and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance experimentation
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
- Exposure to additional marketing channels, automation, or programming is advantageous but not essential
- A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge existing approaches to improve performance
