The Role

You’ll work alongside a leading global agency to support enterprise clients using an AI-driven media management platform, focusing on how content, assets, and metadata flow from Adobe DAM into media and activation tools. This role is ideal for someone with strong Adobe DAM experience who understands content architecture, taxonomy, and CDP integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a DAM and content integration specialist supporting enterprise media operations
- Configure and manage Adobe Digital Asset Management, including:
- Asset structures and taxonomy
- Metadata models
- User roles and permissions
- Support the movement of asset and metadata data from Adobe DAM into an AI-based media management platform
- Advise on how CDP data (via tools such as Tealium) can be connected into content and media workflows
- Work closely with agency and client stakeholders across media, content, and technical teams
- Support AI-driven automation initiatives across media and content operations
- Help define best practices for DAM governance, scalability, and usability
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe DAM / Adobe Experience Manager Assets
- Solid understanding of Digital Asset Management principles (taxonomy, metadata, governance)
- Experience working with content platforms (DAM and/or CMS)
- Understanding of how CDPs work and how CDP data integrates with downstream platforms (e.g. Tealium)

The Role

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy within a data-rich environment
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts and setting analytical direction
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Understanding of revenue drivers, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Experience working with or interpreting external market or competitive data is valuable
- Structured, consulting-style communication with a focus on clarity and impact

The Role
You will combine strategy, architecture, and technical delivery to support AI transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and high-value use cases
- Translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Advising stakeholders on AI architecture, model selection, tooling, and implementation approaches
- Designing, testing, and deploying Large Language Model solutions
- Leading end-to-end AI projects from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Integrating AI models into existing business systems and workflows
- Monitoring and optimising model performance through continuous evaluation and iteration
- Supporting AI teams and promoting best practices across projects
- Collaborating with software engineering, data science, and product teams
- Contributing to the development of internal AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong technical expertise in AI, Large Language Models, RAG solutions, and modern AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI architecture beyond prompt engineering
- Commercial experience with Python and cloud platforms such as Azure
- Experience working with Git-based development workflows
- Proven capability leading complex AI implementations and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Experience building or contributing to AI-powered applications and solutions
Desirable:
- Experience with agent frameworks, MLOps, data modelling, or machine learning techniques
- Background in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience delivering solutions within consulting or enterprise environments
