As a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant, you will take ownership of complex analytics projects and act as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and clients. You will:
- Lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions across web, CRM, and media performance.
- Build and manage cloud-based data warehouses, primarily in Google BigQuery or similar tools.
- Own end-to-end web analytics workstreams, including GA4 and Adobe Analytics implementations, tracking design, and migration projects.
- Develop robust SQL data models and transformations to power dashboards, analysis, and data products.
- Create clear, insightful reporting and visualisations in tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Translate client objectives into measurement frameworks, experimentation plans, and data-driven recommendations.
- Guide customer analytics initiatives such as segmentation, CLTV analysis, and activation into CRM and media platforms.
- Mentor more junior team members, sharing best practice across analytics, engineering, and stakeholder management.
Your Skills & Experience
You will be an experienced digital analytics specialist with a strong blend of technical and consulting skills, including:
- Strong commercial experience using SQL for data modelling, transformation, and analytics.
- Practical experience working in cloud data warehousing environments, ideally Google BigQuery.
- Deep understanding of digital and web analytics, including GA4 and or Adobe Analytics, along with tagging using tools such as Google Tag Manager.
- Proven experience designing and implementing measurement strategies across websites, campaigns, and channels.
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to build self-serve dashboards.
- Comfortable leading client-facing conversations, gathering requirements, and presenting recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, proactively prioritise, and drive work through to delivery.
- A collaborative, inquisitive mindset, with a genuine interest in digital marketing, media performance, and experimentation.
