With access to unique datasets and a focus on advanced analytics, you'll play a key role in building and delivering data-driven products that enhance customer targeting, advertising effectiveness, and business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of data products, collaborating across the data function to build solutions that help the business generate insights, drive profitability, and improve customer targeting.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, including building the "100 Playlist," which helps producers understand trending artists, or assessing the profitability of key partnerships (e.g., with TfL, Network Rail, and BT).
  • Work with various stakeholders, from producers and commercial teams to clients using digital advertising exchange (DAX) data for ROI tracking and ad performance insights.
  • Drive the creation of a customer identity service using machine learning (like Spotify's recommendation engine) to understand customer interests and behaviors.
  • Support the development of self-serve analytics and data products for the growing SME customer base.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience in managing data products, with a focus on advanced analytics, customer insights, or targeting.
  • Strong understanding of how data can be used to drive business decisions and improve customer engagement in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and product management for data-driven platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ideally, background in media, advertising, or data-driven product management, but not essential.

TEAM AND CULTURE:

  • A collaborative and dynamic environment with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that impact a large customer base.
  • Flexible working: 3 days a week in-office, located in Leicester Square.
  • Be part of a forward-thinking company leveraging unique data to innovate and transform the industry.
