As the first Head of Data Science, you'll take full ownership of the data science roadmap. From credit risk modelling and pricing optimisation to fraud detection and customer behaviour analysis-you'll be at the heart of every critical decision.
THE ROLE
- Design, build, and deploy models to drive Fraud, Collections, scorecards, underwriting, risk, and pricing decisions
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to ship real-world impact
- Define our approach to data strategy, experimentation, and model governance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role
- Deep knowledge of credit risk modelling, ideally in consumer lending or fintech
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and cloud-based data tools (e.g. AWS, GCP)

A leading digital consumer brand is hiring a Vice President of Marketing Analytics to drive strategic insights across high-volume, multi-channel acquisition campaigns. This role sits at the heart of data-led marketing performance and will lead a team that transforms marketing investment decisions with cutting-edge analytics, experimentation, and attribution modelling.

THE ROLE
As the VP of Marketing Analytics, you will:

Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing analytics roadmap, aligning with wider commercial and growth objectives.

Lead a high-performing analytics function, setting best-in-class standards across attribution, media mix modelling, and lead scoring.

Build out robust forecasting and performance dashboards (Salesforce/Tableau CRM) to optimise ROI across Paid Search, Social, TV, Affiliates, Direct Mail, and more.

Partner closely with senior leadership to shape strategic decisions through data storytelling and experimentation.

Drive the evolution of analytics infrastructure including automation, real-time reporting, and data governance.

Work cross-functionally with Data Science to embed predictive modelling and machine learning into prospect targeting and segmentation.

Promote a culture of data-driven marketing across the organisation, embedding best practices in testing, analytics ops, and measurement.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
-
10+ years in marketing analytics roles with at least 3 years in senior/executive leadership positions.

Proven track record influencing C-suite and non-technical stakeholders with commercial insight.

Expertise in attribution (MTA, MMM), A/B testing, predictive modelling, and campaign analysis.

Strong SQL and dashboarding skills (e.g. Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools).

Deep understanding of data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and analytics automation.

Exposure to web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
-
Advanced Excel modelling and comfort in high-volume data environments.

Base salary: $220,000-$240,000 (dependent on location and experience)

We’re looking for a Security Engineer to strengthen SOC capabilities at a financial services client. The focus is on SIEM/SOAR tooling, automation, and improving threat detection and response.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimise SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Automate detection and response using scripts (Python, PowerShell).

Integrate threat intel, onboard log sources, and fine-tune alerts.

Collaborate with SOC teams to enhance detection and incident response workflows.

Support regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA, DORA) through improved security operations.
Requirements:
