I am hiring a Head of Collections for a top consumer finance FinTech's based in London. Here you will spearhead the Collections Strategy, Collections Analytics, and the Collections Operations for the business using your strong background in collections to increase the businesses profitability.
The Role
As a Head of Collections, you will be:
- Owning, improving, and developing new collections strategies for the business using SQL and Python
- Managing/working closely the customer service team to make improvements for the collection's strategy
- Working closely with the Data Engineering to build out technical solutions to improve the collections strategies and processes
- Presenting to senior stakeholders both internally and externally
