This is a hands-on Ecommerce Executive contract where you will help stabilise and accelerate a busy trading and project roadmap. You will work across multiple markets, supporting key site activity and ensuring products, promotions, and content go live accurately and on time.

The Company

They are a fast-paced beauty and fragrance brand operating across UK and international markets, with a strong focus on digital trading and customer experience. Their ecommerce team is lean and collaborative, partnering closely with development, customer service, and wider stakeholders to deliver high-quality site updates. With several major initiatives landing over the coming months, they need immediate contract support to keep momentum across BAU and project work.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Build, QA, and launch on-site promotions in the ecommerce back office, ensuring correct setup and customer journey flow.
  • Maintain and update site content and product pages, including assets, copy, pricing checks, and categorisation across multiple markets.
  • Support product contribution for new launches and range changes, ensuring SKUs are live with accurate imagery, content, and data.
  • Deliver regular site walks to check accuracy across navigation, merchandising, and checkout journeys, addressing issues quickly.
  • Manage tickets end-to-end with the development team, raising, testing, and resolving site issues efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for Customer Service on site performance, stock availability, promotions, and technical queries.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong ecommerce operations experience contributing products and content within a website back office.
  • Proven ability to build and test promotions, and to QA onsite experiences end-to-end.
  • Confidence managing SKUs, pricing, imagery, and categorisation, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience working with ticketing workflows and cross-functional teams, including developers and customer service.
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is a significant advantage, and SmartEdit experience is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as SAP and JIRA is beneficial, and Google Analytics exposure is a plus.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable delivering at pace across multiple projects.
