THE ROLE

This leading entertainment and connectivity brand runs one of the largest client-side Econometrics teams in the UK, with over 30 specialists across Europe. With significant annual marketing investment, the team plays a pivotal role in understanding the impact of advertising across multiple business areas and driving both short-term ROI and long-term brand growth.
THE ROLE
This Principal Econometrician position is a new hire within the team, created to support the growing partnership work in the broadband and mobile space. You’ll manage and mentor a small team (2 Econometricians + 2 Seniors), while owning projects end-to-end, from scoping through to delivering insights back to the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading MMM projects with a focus on broadband and mobile campaigns.
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders to evaluate media effectiveness and commercial performance.
- Driving insights to measure how significant marketing investment influences brand emotion, ROI, and growth.
- Providing mentoring, guidance, and oversight of junior team members.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Marketing Mix Modelling / Econometrics.
- Hands-on technical capability (experience in R/Python/SQL or equivalent).
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end econometrics projects.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

I am looking for motivated and skilled Content Marketing Managers with expertise in SEO, AI-driven search, and creative content strategy. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide a team to deliver high-impact programmes across content creation, search optimisation, and blogger partnerships. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the team’s culture and inspiring them to stay at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities

Understand client needs and deliver structured proposals that align with their goals and are commercially viable

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with manager-level clients

Drive business development activities with client teams, identifying opportunities for growth-particularly within AI search

Deliver multiple large-scale performance marketing projects, managing internal and external specialists (strategists, SEOs, designers, writers) to produce editorial and visual assets

Develop new approaches to digital content delivery through data-driven marketing

Create measurement and performance frameworks with clients that reflect goals and KPIs

Monitor financial performance of deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget

Prioritise resources effectively, delegate appropriately, and manage client expectations while keeping teams positive and motivated

Mentor and develop junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth

Present confidently and engagingly, explaining results, services, and product offerings to a variety of audiences
About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing the strategy and production of large-scale digital editorial or visual content programmes across multiple markets

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and tone of voice

Proven track record of delivering strong performance and client satisfaction

Deep understanding of search optimisation, AI search, and content marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to handle challenges convincingly

Working knowledge of site analytics, content management systems, keyword research, AI search, and SEO tools

Ability to identify and convert opportunities to expand, renew, and win new business

Passion for contributing to a high-performing, fun, diverse, and collaborative team culture
Desirable Skills

Fluency in an additional European language (German, Dutch, Spanish, or French)

Experience in brand or digital marketing strategy
