An established company in the Media/Advertising spcae is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join their innovative team as they grow and invest.
THE COMPANY:
This company are currently investing in their data team, and are looking for a Data Engineer to help gather requirements and build solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to help build out the data platforms and create frameworks to enable them ensure data drives value across the business.
THE ROLE:
A Data Engineer will need to:
- Building & maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business
- Own data engineering roadmap
- Manage data warehouse (gathering requirements and building solutions)
- ensure alignment with data management and quality
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Ability and experience interacting with key stakeholders
- Strong experience in SQL/Python
- Good understanding of Airflow/DBT
- Experience with GCP/AWS
- Background in CI/CD
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £60,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.

Contribute to the component library and advocate for front-end best practices.

Experience required:

2+ years of experience building production-grade React apps.

Must have experience with component-based architecture and state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.).

Must have experience with handling side effects and asynchronous operations (e.g., with useEffect, useSWR, React Query)

Experience with Tailwind CSS and/or Shadcn UI (or similar libraries).
- Must be able to code in JavaScript/Typescript without assistance

Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus Points If You Have

Data Scientist – Price Optimisation
Location: Remote (UK-based, London preferred)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + 5-8% bonus + Equity
The Company
A global pricing and revenue optimisation leader originally focused on airline pricing, now expanding into the hotel and hospitality sector. Following the acquisition of Pace Revenue, the team in the UK forms a key part of their hotel pricing division, operating under the same Flyr brand.
The Role
This is a deeply analytical and research-driven role within the Pricing Optimisation team. You’ll be focusing on advanced mathematical modelling and pricing logic development to enhance the company’s pricing engine. Unlike traditional ML-focused roles, this will go deeper into statistical theory and pricing dynamics to influence global product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
– Research and develop advanced pricing models for hotel revenue optimisation.
– Work closely with other data scientists and engineers to deploy new logic.
– Collaborate on experimentation, testing and performance evaluation.
– Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Contribute to long-term pricing strategy alongside product and business teams.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
– PhD in a mathematics, statistics or quantitative field (or Master’s with strong pricing experience).
– Excellent Python and Pandas skills.
– Strong understanding of machine learning principles (excluding deep learning).
– Ability to work independently on complex mathematical problems.
