The Opportunity

Harnham is partnered with a leading consumer-facing organization to hire a Director of Analytics. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for defining and leading the company’s enterprise analytics function. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping data strategy, driving performance optimization, and embedding a culture of insight-led decision-making across the business.

You will oversee a small team and work closely with leaders in Consumer Insights, Operations, and Marketing/Member Insights to deliver measurable outcomes. This is not a data science position; rather, we are looking for an analytics strategist with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, overseeing the delivery of business-critical insights.
• Design and implement enterprise analytics strategies to support growth, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs in platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
