The Role

As the company launches a new AI-driven product, they’re hiring a Research Manager to take ownership of analytics and modelling across client research projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on pushing the boundaries of quantitative analytics within research. You’ll lead complex modelling work, set best practice for analytics, and independently deliver end-to-end research projects.
Key Responsibilities

Own analytics workstreams across major research projects

Deliver advanced analysis including segmentation, factor reduction and regression modelling

Set standards and best practice for analytics and segmentation
-
Automate repeat analytical tasks for trackers and long-running projects

Run end-to-end research projects (primarily quant; some qual/mixed methods)

Contribute to proposals and RFPs
About You
Essential
-
3+ years’ experience in analytics and/or research using survey data
-
Hands-on experience with regression, factor analysis and segmentation techniques
-
Strong data wrangling, cleaning and weighting skills
-
Proficiency in R or Python for analysis and visualisation
-
Curious, exploratory approach to finding insight in data
Nice to have

Experience with Bayesian as well as frequentist methods

Understanding of the full market research project lifecycle
