This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail company as a Customer Analyst and cecome part of their decision science analytics team.

THE COMPANY

This opportunity will involve working within the money and mobile area of the decision analytics team, working to analyse customer data and trends. You would be looking at the overall customer lifecycle, providing insights on how they can improve customer experience. If you are a skilled analyst, with previous experience in analysing customer data, then this role is a great opportunity.

THE ROLE

  • Analysing and reporting on customer data
  • Telling a story with data
  • Providing core insights on customer behaviour
  • Collaboratively working across the wider analytics teams
  • Communicate updates and feedback to stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced in using SQL
  • Understanding of Azure and Databricks
  • Previous experience in telling a story and providing insights with data
  • Experienced specifically with customer data
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
