THE ROLE
This is a newly created role with full ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy across digital platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyse user behaviour, identify pain points, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance customer journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the data using tools like Fullstory or Hotjar, spotting opportunities, solving problems, and executing meaningful improvements. You won't be building tests yourself but should be comfortable with experimentation principles and able to troubleshoot where needed.
Over time, the goal is to bring more capability in-house, reducing dependency on agencies and making CRO a central function within the business.

Salary: £110,000 plus benefits
We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead growth and monetisation for a new dating product. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey, driving engagement, and developing features that improve retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

This is a high-impact, insight-driven role working across commercial, product, and data science teams to boost performance and revenue. You’ll reverse-engineer models, spot patterns in client and user behaviour, and bring creativity and curiosity to complex, real-world data problems.
