CRM MANAGER
Up to £50,000 | Fully Remote UK | Online Entertainment

THE ROLE
As CRM Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You'll work cross-functionally with product, content, compliance, and analytics teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for customer segmentation, campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization. You'll use data and insights to understand customer behavior, tailor communications, and design automated journeys that increase lifetime value.
You'll also play a key role in A/B testing strategies, promotional execution, and ensuring all campaigns align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Customer Segmentation & Insights

  • Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle stages

  • Build audience segments for relevant, personalized communications

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app

  • Build and QA HTML emails and campaign workflows

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track KPIs including OR, CTR, conversions, LTV, and revenue uplift

  • Report performance and recommend improvements

Daily Customer Engagement

  • Monitor activity and deliver targeted offers based on behavior

  • Adjust communications based on performance and seasonality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with branding, content, product, compliance, and analytics

Promotions Execution

  • Manage promotions end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery

A/B Testing

  • Design and run structured testing to improve conversion and engagement

Automation & Personalization

  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys at scale

Content Management

  • Upload copy and content to CMS ensuring accuracy, brand standards, and compliance

Stakeholder Communication

  • Keep internal teams informed of plans, progress, and campaign results

WHAT YOU'LL BRING (ESSENTIAL)

  • 2+ years CRM or retention marketing experience

  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns

  • CRM/automation platform experience

  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting

  • A/B testing experience

  • Strong analytical approach and Excel capability

  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects

  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar

  • Fluent in English

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • Experience with Playtech IMS or similar gaming platforms

  • Experience in gaming, gambling, entertainment, or online subscription

  • Lifecycle marketing and retention strategy knowledge

  • Exposure to fast-paced, data-driven environments

  • HTML email coding skills

TECH STACK

  • CRM/Automation: Playtech IMS, Braze, Optimove, Iterable, Salesforce MC

  • Analytics: GA, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel

  • Campaign Tools: HTML email builders, workflow tools

  • Testing platforms

  • Excel, with SQL being a plus
