Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

About the Role

We are supporting a fast-growing research and analytics organisation in the search for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of and maximise the effectiveness of their HubSpot ecosystem.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, driving CRM strategy, automation, reporting and process improvement. You'll be the go-to HubSpot expert, ensuring the business leverages the platform to its full potential while delivering valuable commercial insights and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the company's CRM strategy and roadmap
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot Sales Enterprise and Marketing Enterprise
  • Design and implement automated workflows to improve business efficiency
  • Develop and maintain sales, marketing and operational reporting dashboards
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting and commercial performance analysis
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and drive best practice across teams
  • Deliver HubSpot training and support to internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for HubSpot-related queries and platform enhancements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams on integrations and process improvements
  • Oversee client ticketing processes and support operational excellence across the business

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing and developing HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, automation and reporting
  • HubSpot Academy certifications in Marketing and Sales software
  • Experience working with HubSpot APIs and developer functionality
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on commercial performance
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a critical business platform

Desirable

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Sales Operations experience
  • Experience supporting multi-functional commercial teams
