I'm working with an established international gaming and sportsbook brand to recruit a CRM Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid CRM experience in iGaming to take on a role that blends strategy and hands-on delivery, with direct exposure to the CEO and CMO.
The role will involve:
Planning, building, and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app.
Delivering 30+ campaigns per week, including HTML set-up, testing, and deployment.
Using segmentation and insights to improve engagement and retention.
Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and recommending improvements.
Running A/B tests to optimise campaigns.
Supporting onboarding of new casino operators and games, and building out automated lifecycle journeys.
What we're looking for:
2-3+ years' CRM experience, with iGaming strongly preferred.
Confident communicator, able to present to C-suite.
Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and proactive.
Mentoring experience would be a bonus, but people management is not essential.

THE ROLE
This is a senior client-facing role, sitting just below the most senior client lead and responsible for running the day-to-day delivery across several key accounts. The Role

This is a hands-on role focused on pushing the boundaries of quantitative analytics within research. You’ll lead complex modelling work, set best practice for analytics, and independently deliver end-to-end research projects.
Key Responsibilities

Own analytics workstreams across major research projects

Deliver advanced analysis including segmentation, factor reduction and regression modelling

Set standards and best practice for analytics and segmentation
-
Automate repeat analytical tasks for trackers and long-running projects

Run end-to-end research projects (primarily quant; some qual/mixed methods)

Contribute to proposals and RFPs
About You
Essential
-
3+ years’ experience in analytics and/or research using survey data
-
Hands-on experience with regression, factor analysis and segmentation techniques
-
Strong data wrangling, cleaning and weighting skills
-
Proficiency in R or Python for analysis and visualisation
-
Curious, exploratory approach to finding insight in data
Nice to have

Experience with Bayesian as well as frequentist methods

Understanding of the full market research project lifecycle

Customer Data Analyst – up to £50,000 | Hybrid (2 days per week in London)

I’m supporting a rapidly expanding consumer services organisation that has seen significant growth and investment in digital, data, and customer analytics over the past few years. As part of their continued transformation, they are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join their insights function and help shape customer strategy across the business.
This is an opportunity to join a modern, insight-driven environment, working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions around customer value, retention, product innovation, and commercial performance.
The Role
You will join a collaborative analytics team and work with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Technology. Your focus will be understanding customer behaviour, identifying value opportunities, and delivering insights that directly inform business strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and enhance customer segmentation to identify behavioural and value-based groups.

Analyse churn, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value to support business planning.

Explore diverse datasets – including customer interactions, service usage, device/behavioural data, and geographic insights – to uncover new opportunities.

Conduct deep-dive evaluations of customer-focused product ideas and potential investments, providing clear, actionable recommendations.

Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate insights in a simple, commercial, and impactful way.

Support A/B testing, funnel analysis, and journey optimisation initiatives.

Build dashboards and automate reporting to improve operational efficiency and insight accessibility.
What They’re Looking For

Strong SQL and Python experience with solid analytical and storytelling skills.

Background in customer or commercial analytics (telco, subscription, retail, e-commerce, utilities, FS, etc. all relevant).

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and owning analysis end-to-end.

Experience with segmentation, churn/retention analysis, or CLTV modelling is a strong advantage.

Someone proactive who enjoys solving real business problems with simple, effective solutions.
