The Role
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns and supporting wider CRM initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Briefing, building, deploying, and reporting on email marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the development and execution of the email marketing calendar
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with business and marketing objectives
  • Developing audience segmentation strategies to improve engagement, retention, and customer value
  • Executing A/B tests and analysing results to optimise campaign performance
  • Monitoring campaign metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensuring email best practices are followed across creative, content, and customer journeys
  • Supporting CRM development projects and automation initiatives
  • Producing regular performance reporting and competitor analysis
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive channel growth
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience delivering email marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis
  • Experience using Email Service Providers (ESPs) to build, deploy, and optimise campaigns
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and campaign personalisation
  • Experience with email testing strategies and campaign performance optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in CRM, customer engagement, and digital marketing
