Une agence média digitale recherche un Consultant Senior SEA/SMA en CDI pour renforcer son équipe, intervenir sur ses différentes problématiques de performance et participer à la croissance de l'agence.
LES MISSIONS
Au sein du pôle Paid, vous aurez en charge la gestion d'une dizaine de comptes clients variés sur des problématiques de performance et brand. Vos missions au quotidien :
- Création, gestion et optimisation de campagnes SEA (Google Ads, Amazon Ads) et SMA (Meta, TikTok...)
- Analyse approfondie des performances des campagnes et réalisation de reporting détaillés
- Développement et déploiement des plans de tracking pour mesurer l'efficacité des actions marketing
- Gestion de la relation client en assurant un suivi régulier et une communication fluide
- Veille stratégique et technologique pour garantir l'optimisation continue des campagnes publicitaires
- Accompagnement des profils juniors et suivi du delivery
VOTRE PROFIL
- Bac +3/5 en marketing digital
- 5 ans d'expérience avec la maîtrise des principales plateformes publicitaires en agence
- Vous maîtrisez les plateformes publicitaires Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising et Facebook Ads
- La connaissance du Pmax est requise
- Vous avez un anglais courant

THE ROLE
As Lead AI Engineer, you will:

Build and deploy ML and LLM models that support key initiatives in chatbot, voicebot and customer support center agents.

Lead development of NLP applications such as text classification, summarization, and information extraction to support customer engagement and insights.

Contribute to a culture of innovation by mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and laying the groundwork for a growing AI team.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for someone with:

5+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, or related AI fields. 2+ most recent years using LLM / RAG technologies.

A degree in a STEM or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
-
A strong track record of translating technical work into business value, particularly with cross-functional or non-technical stakeholders.
-
Experience leading projects end-to-end, with mentorship or team-building experience.
-
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, Llama.
-
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred, but not required) and data visualization tools.
-
Comfort and familiarity working in fast-paced environments like hyper-growth startups is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Work with large and complex datasets; write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data.
- Ensure high levels of data quality, accuracy, and performance within reporting solutions.
- Present findings and dashboard functionalities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
