The Role
You'll join a small but mighty team of three - working alongside a Change Manager and Delivery Manager, all reporting into the Head of Transformation. Your role? Uncover opportunities, dig into processes, and translate business needs into actionable plans that lead to meaningful change.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse current processes, systems, and structures across departments
- Gather and document requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis
- Support project scoping, impact assessments, and business cases
- Translate complex requirements into clear documentation for delivery teams
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive change
✅ What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (ideally in a media, digital, or fast-paced environment)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across business transformation or change projects
- Ability to create process maps, gap analyses, and functional specs
