The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Build and operate production‑grade AI agents on GCP using Google's ADK.
- Integrate AI systems with policy, claims and CRM platforms through secure REST and JSON API services.
- Develop scalable RAG pipelines including ingestion, text processing, metadata handling and vector search.
- Implement observability and evaluation frameworks covering monitoring, A/B testing, accuracy and safety metrics, and cost and latency dashboards.
- Contribute to architecture, engineering standards and AI product direction in partnership with the Head of AI.
- Support the development of agentic automation across core claims workflows and internal tools.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering, ML Engineering or Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems.
- Deep knowledge of GCP services, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run or Cloud Functions, Model Garden and ADK.
- Strong Python skills for backend development, APIs and data processing.
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG design, vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience deploying production AI with robust evaluation, monitoring, observability and automated testing.
- Solid exposure to DevOps tooling including CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.

Senior Pricing Manager
Hybrid – Manchester
Up to £56000 plus benefits
This is a rare chance to shape the pricing vision for a major transport provider during a period of long term investment and commercial transformation. You will take ownership of pricing strategy, lead key reform initiatives and help build a cohesive revenue and pricing function.
The Role
* Lead the development and delivery of the end to end pricing strategy.
* Set the pricing vision grounded in customer insight and customer led design.
* Manage and mentor the Pricing Manager, ensuring high quality technical delivery.
* Respond to pricing challenges from commercial, analytics and wider teams.
* Shape strategic pricing approaches across revenue, retail and customer initiatives.
* Drive innovation through large scale pricing trials and market reform projects.
* Support the integration of pricing and revenue under a unified function.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in pricing and strategy within a complex environment.
* Proven ability to design, deliver and scale pricing projects and trials.
* Experience working on pricing reform or structural change initiatives.
* Effective stakeholder management skills and confidence working cross functionally.
* Creative, proactive and comfortable setting direction as well as influencing others.
