A leading digital agency is seeking a hands-on Adobe DAM Contractor to support two end clients in the telecoms and pet care sectors. This role is ideal for someone who understands how Adobe DAM works in practice - from running the DAM daily to supporting light implementation tasks and improving asset workflows.

This is a technical content systems role, not a CDP or data activation role. You'll partner with Tealium specialists who handle CDP inputs; your focus is the content and asset side, ensuring assets, metadata, taxonomy and workflows are structured correctly and flow downstream without issues.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Adobe DAM Contractor, you will:

  • Operate Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM) daily
  • Improve and document end‑to‑end asset workflows, ensuring smooth movement from creation → approval → publication → downstream systems
  • Support light implementation / configuration tasks within Adobe DAM Assets (e.g. adjusting metadata schemas, folder structures, automation rules)
  • Assist with mapping asset and metadata feeds into an AI tool supporting the technical teams on the integration side
  • Work with internal Tealium/CDP specialists to ensure appropriate IDs and data alignment
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, including the use of AI features to reduce manual steps
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DAM operational issues quickly and accurately

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal contractor will have:

  • Strong hands-on experience operating Adobe DAM
  • Real working knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, rights & renditions, and asset governance
  • Experience supporting DAM process improvement and small implementation/config changes
  • A good understanding of integrations and content flow - e.g. mapping fields, understanding API-driven workflows, troubleshooting failures
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with creative, marketing, tech and media teams
  • Experience with AI content and media platforms
  • Industry background flexible

BENEFITS

  • £400 per day, Outside IR35
  • 6‑month contract, 5 days per week
  • Remote (Occasional London client presence is a plus)
  • Opportunity to support two great UK brands
  • Exposure to AI content and media management tools
  • Fast process: 1-stage interview; end clients may request an additional conversation
  • ASAP start, 1‑week notice
