About you

  • Proven leadership of data teams in modern cloud environments.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and translating data into commercial action.

  • Experienced across data strategy, architecture, and analytics delivery.

  • Comfortable working hands-on where needed, but equally confident shaping long-term direction.

  • Ideally, you bring a fresh perspective from outside football.

The setup

  • Hybrid: 4 days per week onsite (London)

  • Package: £120,000 + Private Health + Free Lunch

  • Small but growing team: currently 3-4, with headcount planned to scale to ~10.

If you’re excited by the idea of building a modern, cloud-first data function at a household-name sports brand – this is the role.
