LE POSTE

En tant que Data Scientist Senior vous serez sous les responsabilité du Lead data scientist dans une equipe de 4 personnes (MLops, Senior Data Scientist). Vos responsabilités au quotidien :

• Identification des problèmes liés aux opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée et conception d’approches stratégiques
• Acquisition de données et préparation des modèles de données
• Développement de solution d’apprentissage automatique ou analytique
• Tester l’approche sur une partie ciblée de l’entreprise pour valider les hypothèses et confirmer la taille du prix, solution itérative pour optimiser les performances
• Mettre en œuvre la solution dans l’ensemble de l’organisation, suivre les jalons/performance du projet

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplôme école d’ingénieur en Mathématiques, Ingénierie, Informatique…
• Expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire
• Expérience dans la conduite de projets d’analyse statistique/d’apprentissage automatique dans une entreprise commerciale B2B
• Compétences en gestion de projet ainsi qu’en gestion des parties prenantes
• Capacité à interpréter et à transférer les résultats des statistiques/modèles dans des formats pertinents pour l’entreprise
• Connaissance pratique de l’apprentissage automatique et statistiques (Python/R) et visualisation des données (PowerBI)
• Vous savez faire de preuve de leadership et vous n’avez pas peur de prendre des initiatives
• Anglais courant (écrit et parlé)

The Role

Senior Machine Learning Scientist

THE ROLE

As a Machine Learning Scientist for the business you will:

• Focused on building machine learning products ready for production and work closely with ML Engineer’s to get the models into production.
• You’ll be taking products from research to production
• Largely working with LLM’s and Chatbots

• PhD / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or AI etc

MISSIONS

En tant que Data Scientist, tu rejoindras le pôle research (20 personnes en tech) et plus précisément l’équipe data composée de 2 personnes. Cette équipe est chargée de créer des produits data pour les clients. Ton terrain de jeu :

• Recueillir les besoins des clients (internes ou externes) et formuler des problématiques data associées
• Créer des dashboards personnalisés pour visualiser les données, en fonction des besoins spécifiques des utilisateurs
• Proposer des recommandations business basées sur les analyses et identifier les opportunités d’optimisation et de croissance à partir des données analysées
• Contribuer avec les Data Engineers à l’industrialisation et à la mise en production des pipelines de transformation de données
• Utiliser des techniques avancées d’analyse de données, y compris des modèles statistiques ou machine learning pour répondre à des besoins tels que du scoring, de la segmentation
• Présenter les résultats aux différents interlocuteurs internes

PROFIL

• BAC+5 en mathématiques, statistiques ou probabilités
• Au moins 2-3 ans d’expérience en data science et analytics
• Solides connaissances en statistiques et maîtrise de Python et SQL
• Connaissance d’un outil de visualisation comme Power BI ou Tableau
• Bonnes capacités de communication
