UP TO £450 PER DAY
REMOTE – Must be based in the UK
Are you an experienced CRM Manager who is looking for your next exciting contract? We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a CRM Insight Manager to focus on managing and delivering Customer Insights through data-driven analytics and play a key role in driving targeted CRM campaigns via email, empowering the marketing team and broader business to effectively drive customer growth.

This leading transport business has various travel services in the UK, Europe, North Africa, North America and the Middle East.
THE ROLE
As a CRM & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Customer Insights through data and analytics, as well as executing targeted CRM campaigns via email. Your work will empower the marketing team and broader business to drive customer growth and achieve success.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Enhance customer understanding and contribute to the development of a unified customer view, optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for improved targeting and value through the measurement of effective CRM campaigns.
- Leverage analytical expertise to assess the effectiveness of CRM, Marketing, and Business Development activities, driving continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards for key initiatives, tracking trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders using tools such as Tableau or other existing platforms.
- Support the new product development pipeline by delivering insightful data analytics, models, and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain predictive models that guide real-time decision-making and determine the next best actions.
- Collaborate with the media agency to ensure accurate attribution, optimize marketing investments and programs, and embedding insights into audience planning and the execution of media campaigns.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a senior role within analytics.
- Knowledge of using Salesforce, SAS, Braze, SQL/Postgres SQL, Tableau
- Hands-on experience with setting up multi-channel campaigns
- Transport/Agency experience is a plus

ROLE

- Act as a technically hands-on leader on a team that is dedicated to using AI to solve real-world problems
- Analyze AI use cases for different clients and recommend secure and trustworthy explanations
- Focus work solutions around building unique LLM-heavy models and use cases for multiple government agencies

An established, growing insurer is looking to expand its pricing department by bringing in a new Pricing Analyst, focusing on producing insights and creating strategies to increase renewals and maximise customer value. The company itself are benefiting from 20%-30% growth YoY, and is well-known for their excellent company culture.
The Role
- Looking at renewal strategy and optimisation for their existing customer base
- Very data-driven and analytics-focused work in creating insights and monitoring trends
- Lots of cross-collaboration with various teams across the business, including product, marketing, etc
Your Skills and Experience
- Insurance pricing experience, within either strategy or driving insights
- Experience working on renewals
- Earnix is a strong preference – would also look at Radar or Emblem
- Proficient in any coding language – Ideally Python or R

THE COMPANY
Our client are an exciting insurance business that are growing well. They’ve gone from strength to strength in recent years and this role is part of their increased presence in the market. You’d be able to manage aggregator analytics in this role whilst also working on broader pricing strategy.
THE ROLE
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, and Marketing teams to design and price new travel insurance products tailored to specific customer segments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps for new product development.
- Develop and validate retail and technical pricing models
- Analyse data from aggregator platforms to understand pricing dynamics, market trends, and customer behaviour
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience with aggregators within an insurance environment is essential
- Experience using Earnix is highly desirable, Emblem or Radar would be second preference
- Good knowledge of programming software such as SAS, SQL, Python or R would also be desirable
- Strong communication skills and desire to ‘hit the ground running’

The Role:
Are you a Senior Engineer with an interest in Mobile devices, low level graphics and GPU development?
Do you want to be involved in, and a part of the team responsible for the new wave of this companies’ devices?
As a Senior Engineer in this Research Centre, help to lead efforts to develop and implement new graphic features and was to optimise the hardware or the devices.
You will have an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and work on low level graphic APIs as well as programming for the GPUs.
Skills:
Essentials: C++ – C – Vulkan – OpenGL – DirectX
Nice to Have: SKIA – SurfaceFlinger – GPU drivers – Android OS – JAVA – Python
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovations to enhance real-time rendering pipelines, ensuring industry-leading performance.
- Design and implement core features and extensions for the Android Graphics stack, including SurfaceFlinger, SKIA, and HWUI.
- Evaluate diverse graphics workloads, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and optimize for efficiency and power consumption.
- Build high-performance middleware libraries utilizing graphics and compute APIs such as Vulkan and OpenGL ES.
- Set up and validate new devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new user experience requirements.
- Take ownership of key technical components within assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery and quality.
- Translate complex technical and functional specifications into clear, detailed designs and effective implementations.
