The Opportunity
This opportunity is to join a fast‑growing AI company building autonomous, voice‑based agents that handle critical healthcare workflows end to end. You’ll work on foundational backend systems spanning real‑time voice, agent orchestration, reasoning, and deep integrations with live clinical platforms. The role offers high ownership and visibility, with engineers collaborating closely with founders, product, and customers to ship production systems quickly.

Role and Repsonsibilities
This role focuses on designing and building the core backend systems that power autonomous, voice‑driven AI agents used in live healthcare environments. You’ll own critical platform components, from real‑time systems and integrations with clinical tools to agent orchestration, memory, and workflow logic. A key part of the role is improving performance, reliability, observability, and safety across production systems that real patients and clinicians depend on.

You’ll work closely with founders, product, and customers, contributing directly to product direction and technical decisions. The position offers high ownership, fast iteration, and the opportunity to shape both the platform and the long‑term engineering culture.

You will have:

• Experience using Python is a must
• Knowledge of cloud technologies important (agnostic)
• A strong knowledge of statistical/machine learning models applied to real-world problems
• A keen interest in problem-solving and using scalable machine learning to solve data-related problems is important
• A focus on using data science and AI to create value is essential
• A strong interest in working across a variety of different industry sectors and problem areas.

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for machine learning model deployment and scalability for the company’s agentic AI product across HUNDREDS of hospitals
• You will report directly to the founding team and work closely on technical direction

Data Delivery Lead
Watford Junction | Hybrid 3 days per week

We’re working with a well-known UK entertainment and gaming organisation undergoing a major digital and data transformation. With significant investment into modern platforms, analytics capability and CRM infrastructure, this business is shifting towards a far more customer-centric, insight-driven operating model.

The Role

This is a senior delivery and functional leadership position within the data organisation, reporting directly into the Head of BI.

You’ll act as the single point of accountability for analytics and BI delivery, owning initiatives from initial business requirement through to build, release and adoption.

While this is not a Project Manager role, it requires strong ownership of delivery, prioritisation and stakeholder management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI, analytics and data products

• Act as the functional lead across Business Analysis, Data Engineering and Reporting

• Manage 3 direct reports, each owning a core vertical

• Provide indirect leadership across teams of 15-20 including permanent staff and suppliers

• Partner closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Finance and Operations

• Translate business problems into clear, deliverable analytics solutions

• Set priorities, manage dependencies and allocate resources effectively

• Balance short-term delivery with longer-term roadmap and platform planning

• Ensure teams understand upcoming work and are staffed appropriately

Team Structure

This role leads across three core functions:

• Lead Business Analyst overseeing a BA team

• Data Engineering Manager owning platform and pipelines

• Reporting Engineering Manager responsible for Power BI and reporting

You will work closely with Architecture, QA and Operations to ensure solutions are delivered in the right strategic direction.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience owning BI or analytics delivery in complex environments

• Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills

• Background working with Power BI and modern reporting stacks

• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels

• Able to challenge, prioritise and drive outcomes rather than simply report progress

Experience in regulated industries or high-volume consumer environments is beneficial but not essential.
