I’m working with a growing financial services business that’s investing heavily in its data function. With a lean structure, a clear mandate, and strong backing, they’re rebuilding their Data Governance capability – and looking for someone to lead from the front.

THE ROLE:

As Data Governance Manager, you’ll be the key figure in adapting, embedding, and owning governance frameworks across the business. You’ll support privacy workflows, drive best practices, and work closely with teams across customer, operations, and data science to get things done.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and evolve data governance processes and frameworks
• Support privacy management and internal assessment reviews
• Perform gap analysis and implement actionable improvements
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Data Governance Manager will bring:

• Experience within financial services or a heavily regulated industry
• Strong understanding of governance, data privacy, and risk frameworks
• Confident communicator with the ability to build stakeholder trust
• Previous line management or mentoring experience

Bonus points for:

• SQL or technical literacy to support data discussions

SENIOR CREDIT RISK COLLECTIONS ANALYST

THE COMPANY

This client is a growing FinTech who are growing out their Credit Risk team. This is an exciting opportunity to take leadership over their collections portfolio, with remit over strategy, portfolio analytics and operations.

THE ROLE

• Developing and building out their collections strategy and wider function
• Assessing existing collections policies and customer strategies to enhance performance
• Work and communicate closely with senior members and other teams within the business, including operations and underwriting

Senior MLOps Engineer

The AI engineering team builds scalable, data-driven solutions that personalize user experiences and equip care providers with actionable insights, all while working with large-scale infrastructure and diverse technologies.

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for machine learning model deployment and scalability for the company’s agentic AI product
• You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction
• Own AI infrastructure and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel AI and LLM applications
• You will implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning and LLM techniques, owning machine learning workflow operations and distributed systems
• Own CI/CD pipelines for MLOps / LLMOps
• You will play an integral role of building out the AI team and scaling out its product

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior MLOps Engineer will likely have the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of commercial experience preferred with a focus on building and deploying machine learning and LLM models, ideally with voice or chatbot systems
• Experience working in a scaling startup is highly preferred
• Expertise in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for production-grade work
• Commercial experience building novel AI platforms with large datasets

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in embedding and supporting the firm’s Data Governance Framework. This includes working closely with Data Stewards and business stakeholders to understand data needs, supporting the implementation and adoption of governance processes, and maintaining the data catalogue with business glossaries, metadata, lineage, and reference data.

You’ll manage and prioritise governance issues, assist with metadata ingestion and configuration, and identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility. The role also involves producing clear documentation such as user stories and functional requirements, supporting testing and training for governance tools, and using Power BI and other reporting tools to provide governance insights and monitor data quality. Collaboration across teams will be key to ensuring data processes and usage are properly governed and understood.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position suits someone with experience in data-focused roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Governance Analyst, who is keen to deepen their expertise in governance. You should have a strong understanding of data management concepts including metadata, data quality, and stewardship, along with experience using data catalogues or governance tools.

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ideally SQL is important, as are strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are essential to bridge business and technical teams, and experience writing clear documentation and user stories is required. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methods would be beneficial.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights across the business, with a strong focus on pricing analysis and performance. This growing UK Bank are seeking an experienced candidate to lead hands-on analytical Fraud strategy and policy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive insight in a hands-on analytical role, whilst owning projects and profitability for the business.

THE ROLE

• Leading the development of fraud rules and strategies to reduce incidences of Fraud and further protect customers and the bank

• Essential to have had experience using SAS or SQL
