Sales Development Representative
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research and map out potential clients to personalise your approach
- Qualify prospects by identifying business problems and booking follow-up meetings
- Collaborate closely with our Growth Director and CEO to pass on qualified leads
- Stay close to trends in the data space to build credibility with prospects
- Build your personal brand through networking and social selling
- Track and manage activity using our CRM and reporting tools
- Help shape and contribute to a high-performance, fast-moving commercial team
- Sales or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- Confident and personable, with the ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously and motivated to learn by doing
- A strong communicator who’s thoughtful, enthusiastic, and self-starting
- Bonus: interest in data, tech, or consultancy (knowledge can be built)
- Competitive base salary (£30–35k) + commission

Experienced Recruiters – Phoenix
Onsite in Phoenix, AZ
Base salary + competitive commission incentives + bonuses + benefits
Who We Are
- As an Experienced Recruiter at Harnham, you will become a proven expert within the niche area of your market and will be expected to take full ownership of your desk
- Generate business opportunities with new clients through activities such as cold calling, emails, lead generation, market research, onsite client visits, events, etc.
- Identify and approach active, passive, and inactive candidates; including headhunting, networking, database searching, referrals, regeneration, and advertising
- Build and develop ongoing relationships with candidates and clients and provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, providing honest and prompt feedback when necessary
- You have experience working a full 360 desk and have successfully brought in new clients from cold outreach
- You consistently hit targets and bring in revenue from candidate placements and client fees
- You are interested in an opportunity with clear growth progression and opportunities to quickly move up based on your performance
- Ideally, you have worked in a market similar to data & analytics, or you have an interest to learn and recruit for that market
- You are within a commutable distance of our Phoenix office and are able to be onsite several times per week
- Along with a base salary, we offer an uncapped commission structure and a rewarding deal split system
