WHAT
WE DO
Are we really different from the rest? We think so. Why? Because we are made of people who think differently too.
We create a level playing field and transparency we believe is unmatched in the industry. Commission. Salary. Promotions. Everyone starts from the same place – and is given exactly the same opportunity for success. People are our business – let’s make them yours.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
We expect our people to be agile, professional, to actively listen to their clients’ needs, to assess, to benchmark and respond with decisive action. And they can expect exactly the same from us. We listen and learn from our employees. With uncapped commission and promotion opportunities, we create limitless potential.
But this potential requires support. We invest heavily in both training and development. Our world class trainers and programmes instil confidence, knowledge and essential skills in our consultants. No matter what level of experience you join us with, we are dedicated to developing you and your career.

OUR STORY
PAST TO
PRESENT
When Simon Clarke and David Farmer left their recruitment careers behind to found a company that was born to be “different”, they had a laser-sharp vision to build that business in the Data & AI recruitment sector.
From its humble beginnings – aka Simon’s living room – Harnham grew into a specialist data partner and became instrumental to the tech industry in sourcing new data talent. Combine a thriving market, clear aspirations, blossoming industry reputation and an unrivalled culture to nurture an expert team – and the rest as they say – is History.
