Data Science – Recruitment Consultant

Senior Sales Account Manager
- Tap into your Data network and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
- Convert SDR-booked meetings into qualified sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through your own network and prospecting efforts.
- Promote Rockborne’s full range of services—especially our consultant deployment offering.
- Act as the commercial lead across accounts, driving long-term value and partnership growth.
- Uncover strategic opportunities and help position Rockborne as a long-term partner.
- Deepen relationships across multiple service lines including resourcing, training, and consulting.
- Share what you’re hearing from clients to help us evolve our offerings.
- Suggest ways to improve how we work—your voice matters here.
- Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally with a mix of new business and account growth.
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Experience in or around the data and analytics space—or the drive to learn fast. We’re ideally looking for someone who familiar selling data services
- Great communicator who’s emotionally intelligent, self-sufficient, and proactive.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (we’re a growing business!).
Account Manager
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across both new and existing clients
- Win and grow enterprise-level client accounts through a consultative sales approach
- Sell Rockborne’s full offering, from embedded consultants to training and project delivery
- Run meetings, scope client challenges, and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders
- Stay close to market trends in data and analytics to speak credibly with client leaders
- Be active and visible in the market, through meetings, events, and networking
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a technical market
- Demonstrated ability to win and grow enterprise-level accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing full sales cycles
- Confident pitching solutions, running discovery calls, and navigating senior conversations
- Comfortable with outbound sales activity and building your own pipeline
- Interest or experience in the data, analytics, or tech space (knowledge can be built)
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
- A strong communicator who builds trust and credibility quickly
- A competitive base salary with uncapped commission, no limit to what you can earn
- A hybrid working model, typically 2–3 days/week in our central London WeWork or on client site
- Regular support from our SDR team, leadership, and sales enablement tools
- Autonomy to shape your accounts and sales approach, while being part of a close-knit team

Managing Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Recruitment
Onsite in New York, NY
Base salary + competitive commission incentives + bonuses + benefits
- Develop, lead, and grow a team of recruiters, helping them achieve and exceed their targets.
- Own and run your own desk, generating revenue while guiding your team to success.
- Drive new business development, securing new and existing clients through cold calls, emails, lead generation, client visits, and networking events.
- Coach and mentor your team, providing hands-on training, reviewing performance, and helping recruiters strengthen their business development, client relationships, and candidate management skills.
- Lead by example, demonstrating expert-level sales strategies, client/candidate management, and an exceptional standard of service.
- You have experience working a full 360 desk and have successfully brought in new clients from cold outreach
- You consistently hit targets and bring in revenue from candidate placements and client fees
- You are interested in an opportunity with clear growth progression and opportunities to quickly move up based on your performance
- Ideally, you have worked in a market similar to data & analytics, or you have an interest to learn and recruit for that market
- You are within a commutable distance of our New York office and are able to be onsite several times per week
- Along with a base salary, we offer an uncapped commission structure
