		 OUR STORY
 PAST TO
PRESENT

When Simon Clarke and David Farmer left their recruitment careers behind to found a company that was born to be “different”, they had a laser-sharp vision to build that business in the Data & AI recruitment sector.
From its humble beginnings – aka Simon’s living room – Harnham grew into a specialist data partner and became instrumental to the tech industry in sourcing new data talent. Combine a thriving market, clear aspirations, blossoming industry reputation and an unrivalled culture to nurture an expert team – and the rest as they say – is History.
