I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major technology transformation, who are looking for a Project Manager to join their Internal Consulting function.
The role will initially focus on a large-scale ERP transformation, working closely with business teams and technology partners before moving into a broader portfolio of client-facing projects.
THE ROLE:
- Manage technology-led projects and ERP workstreams from design through to go-live
- Translate business requirements and processes into effective technology solutions
- Manage project plans, RAID, budgets, risks and governance
- Lead/co-ordinate data migration, including mapping, cleansing, testing and reconciliation
- Manage external technology partners and senior stakeholders
- Coordinate SIT, UAT and go-live activities
- Deliver a variety of client-facing technology, process improvement and business change projects
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven Project Management experience across technology-led change
- Experience with ERP or large-scale system implementations
- Strong business process and requirements experience
- Confident managing senior stakeholders, clients and external technology partners
- Experience across testing, UAT and go-live
- Strong planning, governance, RAID and budget management skills
- Data migration experience is highly desirable
- Consultancy, internal consulting or client-facing project experience would be advantageous
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Yardi or MRI would be beneficial

This is an opportunity for an MLOps Engineer to work on high-scale, real-time machine learning systems, with a strong focus on deploying and operationalising models in live online environments. The role is approximately 70% MLOps and deployment focused, with additional involvement across machine learning, recommendation systems and LLMs.

Their teams are developing and deploying ML solutions across recommendations, ranking, pricing and product retrieval. This assignment sits within a specialist recommendations team working on live, production ML systems.
The Role and Deliverables
- Deploy and productionise machine learning models within live, online environments.
- Build and support real-time ML systems across recommendations, ranking and pricing.
- Develop MLOps processes to support reliable model deployment and operation.
- Work with ML technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch and MLflow, with flexibility around the wider technology stack.
- Support LLMOps and the deployment of open-weight LLMs for product retrieval and data processing.
- Work alongside ML specialists to take models from development into scalable production environments.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong MLOps experience with a clear focus on deploying ML models into production.
- Strong knowledge of real-time, online or high-throughput machine learning systems.
- Experience working with recommendation, ranking, retrieval or similar production ML systems.
- Hands-on capability with TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow or comparable ML tooling.
- Strong understanding of ML deployment, productionisation and operational ML infrastructure.
- Experience with LLMOps or deploying LLMs into production environments would be highly beneficial.

The Role and Deliverables
- Build reusable data ingestion pipelines within an AWS Databricks environment.
- Develop and maintain Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers using Medallion Architecture principles.
- Implement and manage metadata configuration, data governance, and data classification standards.
- Work with Unity Catalog to support secure, well-governed data access and management.
- Partner with data architecture teams to ensure alignment with the wider platform strategy.
- Drive improvements in data quality, platform efficiency, and cloud cost optimisation.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Databricks in a recent commercial environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks architecture, tooling, and best practices.
- Strong experience with Unity Catalog and data governance frameworks.
- Proven capability in building scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Experience working with Medallion Architecture and managing Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
- Strong understanding of metadata management, data classification, and data quality processes.
- Comfortable with data modelling within Databricks environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders, including data architecture teams.
- Experience monitoring and optimising cloud platform costs.
- Financial services or fintech experience is beneficial but not essential.
