If you’re a Product Analyst who enjoys finding the questions others haven’t asked yet, influencing product strategy, and using data to drive measurable growth, this could be the role for you!
The Company
A fast-growing global membership platform is redefining pet care and travel, connecting pet owners with trusted house and pet sitters across more than 140 countries. With a mission to become the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people, the business has built a highly engaged global community and is continuing to invest heavily in its product and data capabilities. You’ll be joining a collaborative, mission-led team where passion for the product and the customer experience really matters.
The Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll work within the Product Analytics team, supporting key product growth areas across the business. Your focus will be on acquisition, conversion, product usage and growth within the product experience. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Design and Commercial stakeholders, using behavioural data to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and influence what gets built. It would also be advantageous to have:
- Product Growth Analytics experience
- Customer lifecycle, retention, churn or LTV analysis

- £60,000-£70,000 salary
- Discretionary 10% quarterly bonus
- Generous equity package
