A major retail organization is seeking a Principal Data Architect to help shape the future of its cloud data platform. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the design and implementation of modern Lakehouse and data warehouse solutions that support enterprise analytics, AI/ML initiatives, and business-critical decision making.

What You'll Do

- Creating insight-led media plans aligned to business objectives and trading periods
- Working closely with brand, content, analytics, technology, and commercial teams
- Managing and developing a high-performing growth marketing team
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition leadership roles
- Expertise across PPC, paid social, SEO, affiliate marketing, and customer acquisition channels
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide strategic decisions
- Experience with attribution, testing methodologies, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimise return on investment
- Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Understanding of ecommerce, digital customer journeys, and online growth strategies
