As the business scales, they’re looking to hire a Data Engineer to join a small but high-impact data team and help power operational decision-making across manufacturing, inventory, construction, project delivery, and real estate development.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain approximately 20 existing data pipelines
- Design and build new ETL/data integration workflows as the business scales
- Improve visibility into manufacturing, inventory, and operational performance
- Integrate and model data from multiple business-critical systems, including ERP and project management platforms
- Ingest and operationalize external datasets, including public housing and real estate data
- Partner closely with operations, manufacturing, revenue operations, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights
- Help establish the data foundation for a rapidly growing organization with real-world operational complexity
What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related role
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience building, owning, and maintaining data pipelines

The Role
