The role

Working within the Business Transformation function, you’ll help deliver reporting and analytics solutions across:

• Sales
• Operations
• Finance
• eCommerce

You’ll build dashboards, support ad-hoc analysis, and work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and turn them into actionable insights.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create and maintain data models, DAX measures, and reporting logic
• Support the ongoing development of a Microsoft Fabric data platform
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests across the business
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Validate data and improve reporting quality and consistency
• Help drive better use of data across the organisation

Must-haves

• Power BI development experience (DAX, modelling, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills
• Good Excel skills
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

• Microsoft Fabric exposure
• Power BI certifications (PL-300)
• Salesforce or ERP experience
• Experience with SSRS or SSIS
• Wholesale, distribution, or supply-chain industry experience
