This is an opportunity to shape how a global digital platform understands and optimises its onsite customer journey. You will play a new role in building a mature product analytics capability, driving actionable insight across end to end user experiences and ensuring data informs every product decision.

The Role
You will lead onsite customer journey analysis across a complex digital platform, ensuring teams can measure, understand, and improve user interactions.
  • Analyse onsite user journeys to identify friction points, drop offs, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Define and track key product and customer journey KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Implement and manage tracking frameworks using tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle
  • Deliver A B testing and experimentation to improve onsite conversion and engagement
  • Build dashboards and reports to translate customer journey insights into clear business actions
  • Support the development of a scalable analytics ecosystem across cloud data platforms
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, driving best practices in product analytics
Your Skills and Experience
  • Commercial experience in onsite customer journey analysis or product analytics
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or similar platforms
  • Hands on experience implementing tracking via Google Tag Manager and data layers
  • Experience analysing user behaviour across web platforms and translating insights into action
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence product decisions
  • Experience with experimentation, A B testing, and conversion optimisation
  • Ability to work in agile environments and solve complex analytical problems
