We're hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to join a fast-paced, data-driven consumer finance business operating at scale across multiple markets.
This is a highly commercial role sitting within the growth analytics function, focused on improving marketing performance, attribution, and customer acquisition efficiency across multiple channels.
What you'll be doing:
* Analysing marketing performance across digital and offline channels
* Evaluating spend efficiency across platforms such as paid social, search and emerging media
* Tracking and understanding customer acquisition sources and channel effectiveness
* Supporting and improving attribution methodologies (including multi-touch attribution)
* Identifying drop-off points across marketing and application funnels
* Improving conversion across customer journeys and product pathways
* Building models to assess campaign effectiveness and incremental uplift
* Supporting experimentation and statistical analysis to guide marketing decisions
What we're looking for:

Your Skills and Experience

Lead Product Analyst
London Hybrid (3 days in office)
Up to £100,000 + benefits
We’re hiring a Lead Product Analyst to join a high-growth, data-driven consumer business operating at scale.
This is a key role within a fast-paced product and analytics environment, focused on improving digital customer journeys, driving experimentation, and supporting product decision-making through data.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading analysis across product and customer journeys
* Driving insight to improve conversion and user experience
* Supporting experimentation and A/B testing initiatives
* Working closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams
* Analysing customer behaviour, engagement and funnel performance
* Contributing to personalisation and optimisation workstreams
* Translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong SQL and Python skills
✔ Experience in product analytics, experimentation or digital analytics
✔ Strong A/B testing and funnel analysis experience
✔ Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder skills
✔ Experience in fast-paced digital or consumer-focused environments
✔ Exposure to modelling or personalisation work is a plus
