* Strong statistical knowledge (A/B testing, confidence intervals, model uncertainty)
* Experience with MMM or similar modelling techniques
* Strong SQL and/or Python/R skills
* Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
* Understanding of digital advertising and targeting methods
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
