Lead Pricing Analyst
London, Hybrid

This is a senior analytics role with real commercial influence, sitting at the heart of pricing and promotions for a large, data rich consumer business. You will lead high impact analysis that shapes how customers experience pricing, while developing the next generation of pricing and promotion capabilities at scale.

The Role
  • Act as an analytics lead within pricing and promotions, shaping insight that directly informs commercial decisions.
  • Lead and mentor analysts, supporting development and maintaining high standards of analytical output.
  • Partner closely with commercial stakeholders to define problems, prioritise work and deliver impactful insight.
  • Drive the development of pricing and promotion analytics, from exploratory analysis through to scalable solutions.
  • Work alongside engineering and data science teams to build and improve data pipelines, models and analytical tools.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories that influence decision making at senior levels.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in analytics, ideally linked to pricing, promotions or revenue optimisation.
  • Advanced SQL and Python capability, with confidence working across large, complex datasets.
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring analysts in a high performance environment.
  • A proven ability to deliver actionable insight that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • A curious mindset and comfort working through ambiguity to create clarity and direction.
