THE COMPANY:

This business is undergoing a major shift in how it uses data - moving from strong reporting foundations to a more insight-led, strategic analytics function. With significant investment in growth and product, they are focused on better understanding member behaviour, engagement, and retention.

THE ROLE:

As a Product Analyst, your focus will be on focused on answering the "so what?"- you'll be expected to influence decisions and help shape product direction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning end-to-end experimentation for product features-from hypothesis creation through to analysis and recommendations
  • Defining and implementing product metrics to measure success and user behaviour
  • Analysing member engagement and transaction behaviour to inform product strategy
  • Translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of a robust measurement framework for new and existing features

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis design, statistical analysis)
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working end-to-end with data
  • Experience with dbt and visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Lightdash, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, user behaviour, and engagement analysis
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Experience in digital, marketplace, or consumer-facing environments is highly desirable
